TRZ PMS

TRZ PMS is the internal reservation and guest-management application of The Resthouse Zamboanga, a private resort in Zamboanga City, Philippines. It is operated by the resort for its own staff and is not a public service.

What TRZ PMS does

• Keeps the resort's booking calendar, reservations, and guest records.
• Records package payments and security deposits for each booking.
• Lets guests submit a booking request through the resort's own booking form.
• Sends booking-related emails to guests, such as a booking confirmation, an optional check-in reminder, and an optional thank-you message after a stay.

How TRZ PMS uses Gmail

To send those emails, the resort connects its own Gmail account, theresthousezamboanga@gmail.com, to TRZ PMS one time. TRZ PMS asks for one Google permission only:

• Send email on your behalf (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send).

TRZ PMS does not read the resort's inbox, and it does not read, modify, label, or delete any email in the mailbox. Gmail access is used only to send transactional, booking-related emails to the guests who booked with the resort.

Guests do not sign in with Google and do not connect any Google account to TRZ PMS. Only the resort's own account is connected.
